What are the differences between LED lamps and incandescent lamps

1. Environmental protection

Traditional fluorescent lamps contain a large amount of mercury vapor. If the mercury vapor is broken, it will volatilize to the atmosphere. However, LED fluorescent lamps basically do not use mercury, and LED products do not contain lead, which plays a role in maintaining the environment. LED fluorescent lamps are recognized as green lighting in the 21st century.

2. Conversion efficiency

Traditional lamps and lanterns will generate a lot of heat energy, while LED lamps and lanterns will convert all electric energy into light energy, without wasting energy. In addition, documents and clothes will not fade. The light effect of 10W LED lamp is equivalent to that of 100W incandescent lamp.

3. Light

Traditional fluorescent lamps use alternating current, so they produce 100-120 stroboscopic flashes per second. LED lamps directly convert AC power to DC power, without flickering, to maintain eyes. LED lamps do not produce ultraviolet light, so there are not many mosquitoes coiled around the lamp source like traditional lamps. The room will become more clean and tidy.

4. Service life

The power consumption of LED fluorescent lamp is less than one third of that of traditional fluorescent lamp, and its service life is 10 times of that of traditional fluorescent lamp. It can be used for a long time without changing, reducing labor costs. It is more suitable for places that are difficult to change. The LED lamp uses epoxy resin rather than traditional glass, which is more reliable. Even if it hits the floor, the LED will not be damaged casually, so it can be used with confidence.
